Shared Moments

Shared Moments is a series of A5 postcard-sized paintings. The paintings are rooted in simple moments with my husband, catching up with friends, pints on the table, time slowing down, and just having a good time together. Small, ordinary scenes that end up meaning a lot.

Rather than focusing on significant events, the work celebrates everyday experiences that can easily go unnoticed. A conversation, a shared meal, a familiar pub, or an evening spent together can quietly become lasting memories.

The paintings are a reflection on companionship, friendship and belonging, and the importance of making space for joy in everyday life. They are an attempt to hold onto these fleeting moments and acknowledge the value they carry.

Personalised Postcard Paintings
